Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one patient care utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain treatment procedures and manage expectations.
• Document all aspects of care in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and timely billing and coding processes.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with members of the healthcare team, contributing to interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to align on patient care strategies.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines including HIPAA compliance, Medicare regulations, and best practices for treatment and rehabilitation.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and implement new techniques and methodologies that can enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
