Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Clinic LPN OpportunityImmediate need for a talented Clinic LPN. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sidney MT (Onsite).Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient assessments.Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.Monitor patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.Perform wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection.Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.Active LPN/LVN license in Montana.Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred).Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred.Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.Experience in primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, or ambulatory care.Knowledge of EMR systems.IV certification (if required by state regulations).
