Customer Care Specialist - Macedonia, Ohio (Must Train at Our Twinsburg, OH HQ)

Afternoon Hours - Monday-Thursday 1:00p-9:30p, Friday 11:30a-8:00p and Weekend Rotation

Morning Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p and Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Speaking with customers about scheduling free design consultations with one of our designers
• Guiding customers to understand the value of having a design consultant come to their home.
• You will be our brand ambassadors as the customers' first point of contact.
• Assisting with showing the value of our brand and helping teach the customer about our company and overcoming objections and problem solving.

Qualifications

What you need to have to do this job:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving and listening skills.
• High speed internet in your home and organizational and computer skills
• We provide the equipment.
• Full time role (Daytime, Evenings & Weekends Hiring Immediately)
• Self-starter who prides themselves on being reliable with their work product and attendance
• Ability to come to the office for training.
• A team player attitude who values their colleagues and our customers
