Sales Executive - Supply Chain Solutions

Position Overview NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive for its Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) division. In this role you will support the strategy and vision of the SCS vertical, establish and nurture new customer relationships, execute the Go‑to‑Market strategy, and contribute to the sales strategy for the Managed Logistics (FF&E) vertical to support future growth. Responsibilities Work closely with the senior management team to develop strategies and sales objectives for marketing the company's services to corporate prospects in the defined sector. Actively market and effectively manage an assigned territory for new prospect/client development; target key cities/states within the specified territory for maximum sales production. Participate in and lead sales presentations and negotiations. Meet or exceed annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame. Effectively develop corporate leads and sales activity. Timely and accurate completion of required reports, maintenance of data in CRM (HubSpot), and any other information requested by senior management. Leverage sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to create prospects based on an ideal customer profile. Participate in specified industry conferences on national, regional, and local basis. Work closely with the Marketing Department in leading proposals, presentations, RFPs, and other collateral materials as required. Work closely with the Sales and Contracts team on pricing, contract terms, and conditions. Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members, customers, clients, and service partners. Accept additional job assignments and participate in project work as requested. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience required. Minimum seven (7) years of business development experience in a relevant sales role within the industry. Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients. Prior familiarity with the assigned territory. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Travel may be frequent, including overnight stays, to support marketplace activity and company requirements. Demonstrated sales and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with prospect contacts and others as appropriate. Ability to effectively present information to senior management, prospects, and/or public groups. Highly customer‑service oriented and driven interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize, re‑prioritize, multitask, and organize workflow to meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and related appropriate programs and software. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Demonstrated ability to work across cultures. Understanding of the use of Microsoft Office and related software programs. Physical/Environmental Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, see clearly, and talk or hear. Occasionally lifts or moves up to 10 pounds unassisted. Work is performed in a climate‑controlled office environment with adequate ventilation. Noise level is usually moderate.
