Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs, preferences, and circumstances of each client.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on treatment, skills-building, and support.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure continued improvement.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices to effectively address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
