Personnel rules will be applied to determine step placement for the successful internal candidate.
This Position This supervisory position oversees the daily operations of the division, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with court policies and procedures. Responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluating, and supporting staff; assigning and prioritizing work; developing performance standards; and coordinating employee training and cross-training programs. The incumbent serves as a resource for court personnel, judicial officers, attorneys, partner agencies, and the public by responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication. Additional duties include preparing audit reports, monitoring workflow, participating in stakeholder meetings, and maintaining court schedules and records within the CourtView case management system. This position also performs case management and customer service functions as needed, including processing filings, opening cases, fulfilling records requests, and providing backup coverage for other clerk positions to ensure continuous court operations.
Work Schedule
The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
