- Printed circuit board (PCB) hand soldering experience.
- Experience with Virginia Panel Corp (VPC) interconnects or Pogo Pin test fixtures.
- Background in avionics, defense, aerospace, or medical device assembly.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe work practices.
- Prior experience in a custom or low-volume / high-mix production environment.
- Work with a high-performing, supportive team that values your ideas.
- Projects across diverse industries and technologies.
