Role Focus The role emphasizes compassionate, personalized treatment aligned with patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrating their progress. Qualifications Current state licensure or certification, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in therapy, and at least three years of occupational therapy experience, including leadership or clinical roles. CPR certification is required or obtained within 30 days. Preferred Professional certifications or active status on the Therapy Clinical Ladder.
