Recruiting Coordinator
Core Staffing Service
Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role reporting 3x per week to their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling a high-volume of interviews. Responsibilities: Scheduling & coordinating a high-volume of interviews (both virtual/in-person) Maintaining and updating the company's Applicant Tracking System Partnering with various teams across the organization to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment process Preparing offer letters and sending new hire packets Ad-hoc special projects Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, with a proven record of academic achievement At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination in a corporate office setting Experience coordinating schedules and interfacing with external and internal clients Extremely organized & able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once #J-18808-Ljbffr
