Service Advisor

Position SummaryThe Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting our service technicians and delivering the exceptional customer experience expected at Nelson Auto Group. This position is responsible for building and maintaining loyal customer relationships, achieving high NPS scores, maintaining positive employee relations, and meeting sales and profitability objectives.
