Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, including evaluation and plan of care development for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients.
Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
Documentation proficiency, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, quality indicator assessment, and charge entry using electronic medical records.
Ability to supervise and mentor students and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
Duration: 13-week assignment.
Patient Care Model: 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
Scope of Practice: Manage evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document per clinic and payer requirements, and participate in student supervision as assigned.
