ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines

Experience of significant ServiceNow implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines

Strong experience working with ServiceNow platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery), Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, Integrations
