Global Client Success Executive — HCM & Lyric
ADP
ADP is seeking a Principal Client Success Executive for Lyric HCM to drive satisfaction and outcomes across a book of large, global clients. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers to define Launch Readiness and ensure successful adoption of Lyric HCM. The role requires deep client knowledge, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to manage complex contracts, risk, and health across the client portfolio.
