This is your opportunity to work in a high-volume, Level II nursery environment, providing exceptional care to high-risk pregnancies and urgent obstetric cases. With full support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and a collaborative atmosphere, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding maternal and fetal health, delivering life-changing care to our diverse patient population.


Required Skills:

• Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Minimum trauma level experience (I or II) preferred
• Proficiency in high-risk obstetric care and emergency procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Epic/Excellian electronic medical record systems
• BLS certification required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in maternal-fetal medicine or specialized obstetric procedures
• Prior experience with electronic fetal monitoring (Obix)
• Additional certifications in advanced obstetric emergency management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of obstetric practice, especially in high-risk environments
• Prior experience working within hospitalist or hospital-based OB settings

Other Requirements:

• Mandatory MN medical license or ability to obtain licensure via IMLC
• Availability for immediate start; flexible shift options including 24-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts based on preference
• Able to uphold documentation standards and work within the Epic/Excellian systems
• Willing to commit to ongoing credentialing and hospital policies
