About the Opportunity:
We're seeking detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team in the Auburn, Indiana area. This is a long-term position with a stable company, perfect for someone who takes pride in precision and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect small parts and components for quality and compliance with specifications
Use measuring tools, visual inspection techniques, and documentation procedures to ensure standards are met
Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming parts
Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to the production team
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
