This role involves working within an Intermediate Care unit at a medical center, providing acute care for patients in need of specialized attention. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide care in an Intermediate Care unit with a patient ratio of 1:6, or 1:4 for Heart Cath patients
• Utilize equipment such as PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes
• Engage in heart catheterization recovery and perform bubble studies
• Work effectively within a team of RNs and patient care technicians

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Preferred: Prior experience with Meditech EMR and NIH certification
