Personalized Care: Drivenbyconnection and commitment Competitive Pay: $75,000 annually+ credit for experience Schedule: This is a full-time position with on call requirements as needed Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as our residents What You’ll Do: Oversee health and wellness services for memory care residents using a person-centered approach Ensure compliance with state regulations and memory care standards Lead, train, and support nursing and care teams Manage assessments, care plans, medication oversight, and behavioral support needs Partner with physicians, families, and providers on resident care and changes in condition Provide on-call support and maintain accurate documentation and records What You’ll Bring: Active Licensed Vocational Nuse (LVN) license in the state of Arizona Required certifications: Dementia Care, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card 3–5 years of nursing experience, with memory care experience strongly preferred Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a senior living setting Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Health, dental and vision insurance Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance Short and Long-term Disability insurance Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity insurance Ready to Apply?
