Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer questions and provide accurate product and service information. Support sales opportunities through customer interactions and follow-ups. Follow up with prospective and existing customers when appropriate. Assist with promotional and customer acquisition activities. Address routine customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction information. Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
