Roles and Responsibilities Conduct research on legal issues, applicable law, and statutes to support case preparation and strategy Draft basic legal documents, including term sheets, non‑disclosure agreements and simple purchase agreements under the guidance of more senior lawyers Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and readily accessible Support due diligence processes by organizing and reviewing documents Attend negotiations to assist senior lawyers, taking detailed notes and providing pre‑meeting support by drafting agendas and presentation slides Handle basic day‑to‑day communication with clients to gather information and respond to inquiries Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and filing documents Reporting to Partner Equal Employment Opportunity White & Case is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to creating a fair workplace.
