Do you enjoy editing existing materials to create and maintain a cohesive brand and story? Do you have strong project management skills and organizational know-how? This fast-growing national accounting and consulting firm is hiring a Proposal Content Specialist to produce, organize and maintain compelling content for use in winning proposals and client-facing materials. The Proposal Content Specialist, will develop pursuit deliverable content that articulates Weaver’s services and industries, our deep knowledge and experience, as well as the firm’s brand, voice and culture. This specialist will also compile and manage ongoing updates to the proposal team’s content library, create and update staff biographies, and put together pitch deck templates. The ideal candidate is comfortable interviewing executives and technical staff and can translate their technical jargon into clear, persuasive communications. The candidate must be resourceful, well‑organized and able to juggle many varied assignments at once. While this specialist remains attentive to deadlines, they can also complete projects without structured due dates. The specialist will consistently keep others informed of project progress or roadblocks as they happen. Finally, the candidate should be flexible and solutions‑oriented , ready to tackle new projects and challenges with enthusiasm.
