Equipment Validation Specialist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks an Equipment Validation Specialist II to lead implementation, validation, and lifecycle management of laboratory automation and robotic systems in a regulated environment. The role encompasses validation documentation, compliance oversight, change control, troubleshooting, and data analytics to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, commissioning, and deployment of laboratory automation and robotic systems
- Author and execute validation documentation including protocols, test scripts, and reports
- Initiate and manage change control activities for automation system modifications
- Investigate equipment issues and perform root cause analysis with remediation planning
- Develop reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions for operational and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience supporting equipment validation and qualification in regulated environments
- Knowledge of GxP requirements, validation methodologies, and change control processes
- Hands-on experience with laboratory automation, robotics, or automated instrument platforms
- Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
