Junior Program Analyst

Providing administrative and coordination support for a time-sensitive research service infrastructure rebuild, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage scheduling, prepare meeting documentation, and track action items for the TIGER team, with a preference for candidates located in the Roanoke or Salem, VA area for potential onsite work. Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate TIGER team meetings, managing calendars and logistics across multiple stakeholders Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up communications while tracking action items and deliverables Support administrative aspects of the Research Service rebuild, including document organization, data entry, and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in program or administrative support, project coordination, or scheduling in a complex organization Experience preparing meeting minutes and supporting task/project tracking activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook/Teams Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
