Junior Business Analyst

Overview StraitSys Inc seeks professionals to support the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) Huntsville Strategy Team (HST) in realigning FBI resources to Huntsville, Alabama, and potentially other locations. The role involves coordinating change management, evaluating program structure, and recommending cross‑division collaboration opportunities. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of communication plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Draft, edit, and distribute communication products including announcements, presentations, newsletters, and reports. Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and coordinate communication efforts across internal and external audiences. Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and outreach initiatives. Provide day‑to‑day communications support to leadership and project teams, ensuring timely and accurate messaging. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least two (2) years of business analyst experience. The educational requirement may be waived for five (5) or more years of relevant experience. Active Top Secret clearance required. Two (2) years or more experience comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents. Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to solve problems involving various types of situations. Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in communications or public relations, strong writing and editing skills, familiarity with federal government communication processes, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
