Job Description
Manage end-to-end administration of health & welfare plans and 401(k). Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits queries. Oversee leave of absence (LOA) processes, including maternity and statutory leave programs (NY/NJ focus). Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on LOA administration. Handle benefits billing and invoicing processes. Support and deliver the annual open enrollment cycle.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in U.S. benefits administration within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of LOA programs, particularly NY and NJ family and sick leave regulations. Experience managing open enrollment cycles. Familiarity with PlanSource and/or working with benefits brokers (e.g., Mercer) is highly preferred. Ability to operate independently in a lean team environment.
