Benefits Specialist

Administer day-to-day employee benefits operations, including leading the annual Open Enrollment process. Support Leave of Absence (LOA) tracking and administration in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Respond to employee benefits inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed. Resolve benefits eligibility and enrollment discrepancies with vendors. Maintain accurate employee benefits records across HRIS and vendor systems. Assist employees with retirement plan inquiries, including eligibility, enrollment, and general plan information. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, including enrollment, eligibility, and headcount reporting. Track and document outstanding benefits-related items to ensure timely resolution. Serve as the primary liaison with benefits brokers and insurance carriers to resolve issues, discrepancies, and data requests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
