Our organization is driven by a passion for technical excellence, innovation, and a commitment to making a lasting difference.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Claim Associate to join our Specialty Liability Claims team. In this remote role, you will tackle challenging Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims, applying your expertise to address the evolving needs of the workplace. Members of our team deal with issues at the intersection of social and legal landscapes. Through collaborative efforts with external legal experts and our policyholders, you will play a key part in resolving sensitive claims, including those involving workplace disputes, discrimination, and harassment allegations. Other products supported including Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Contractor's Errors & Omissions and Cyber Liability.The base salary range anticipated for this position is $80,000 - $115,000, plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
