Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote preventive medicine and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and specialists
• Utilize integrated support services to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Passion for serving medically underserved communities
• Excellent communication and collaborative care skills

Preferred

• Previous outpatient primary care experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $235,00-$270,000
• Up to $44,000 annual productivity bonus
• $12,400 annual access bonus (paid bi-weekly)
• $5,000 annual professional expense account for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Additional retention bonuses available
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
• NHSC and federal/state loan repayment opportunities ranging from $75,000-$300,000
