B2B Account Executive
$87.5k - $125kTipmont is seeking a driven B2B Account Executive to grow telecommunications revenue within our Sales & Business Development team. You will prospect and develop new business, manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, and sell fiber internet, voice, and related telecom solutions that support community connectivity. Responsibilities include building and executing territory plans, qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, delivering solution-focused presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2
- B telecommunications opportunities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial accounts
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments with business customers
- Develop and present tailored fiber and voice solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts and lead negotiations
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and contact data in CRMCreate and execute territory and account plans to achieve quota
- Collaborate with operations and implementation teams for successful service delivery
- Provide ongoing account reviews and upsell/cross-sell recommendations
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
