What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the full sales experience—from the moment they walk through the door to the final purchase.

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive first impression.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.

• Recommend products and services based on customer preferences.

• Learn our products and confidently explain their features and benefits.

• Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns.

• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business.

• Work with your teammates to achieve individual and store sales goals.

• Keep the sales floor organized, welcoming, and customer-ready.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earnings are between $37,000 - $68,000/year depending on performance.

You are expected to earn approximately $700–$1,300 per week.

Your sales success gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings while developing valuable skills for a long-term career in sales.
