Assistant Property Manager

- Give tours to people who want to rent.
- Check credit scores, income, and references.
- Help tenants sign leases and inspect units during move-in and move-out.
- Answer tenant questions and solve complaints.
- Schedule workers and contractors to fix broken items.
- Walk through the property to find safety hazards or damage.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance crews.
- Track payments, send late notices, and manage overdue accounts.
- Update tenant files and computer databases.
- Process vendor invoices and help prepare financial reports
