• Predictable Schedule: 7-On / 7-Off block schedule (182 guaranteed 12-hour day shifts per year).
• Work-Life Balance: Dedicated shift hours with no night call during your off-weeks ([Optional: Insert "Nights covered by Tele-stroke/Tele-neurology" if applicable]).
• Manageable Patient Volume: Average daily census of 11-14 patients (5-7 new consults, 6-7 follow-ups).
• Comprehensive Support: Dedicated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant support to assist with rounding, notes, and discharge planning, plus on-site Neurosurgery.
• Pure Inpatient Care: In-hospital EEG reads and ED consults during shift hours. No Neuro-IR required.
• Income Boost: Optional extra shifts available at premium rates for increased earning potential.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible for (or holding) an active Kansas state medical license.
• Comfortable with acute inpatient neurology, ED consults, and standard EEG interpretation.
