This position serves as a Contract Specialist for the Engineering Consultant Section of ADOT. The specific duties for this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

Experience and Knowledge of Construction Contracts
Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
Review and reconciliation of accounting transactions - Review and approve accounts payable transactions per the contract requirements
Reports/Invoices - Accounting practices
Fundamentals of budget and expenditures
Computer knowledge including; - Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat - Adobe - Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
