Location: Local Route Coverage (Regional MSA/DMA)
Schedule: Part-Time (Monday–Friday Split Shifts) | Optional Thursday Night & Weekend Shifts Available

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious Class B CDL Transit Bus Drivers holding both Passenger (P) and Air Brake Endorsements to operate split-shift routes transporting construction workers to and from active job sites. This role is ideal for drivers looking for steady weekday split shifts with the added option to pick up extra hours on Thursday nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Passenger Transportation: Safely operate Class B commercial transit buses to transport construction crews between designated pick-up locations and job sites on precise time schedules.
- Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough daily vehicle inspections (air brakes, fluid levels, tire pressure, emergency equipment) in compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Schedule Execution: Reliably fulfill Monday through Friday split shifts (morning pickup and afternoon drop-off cycles).
- Passenger Safety & Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional vehicle environment while delivering respectful service to passenger crews.
- Flexible Hours: Take advantage of additional earnings by opting into Thursday night and weekend shifts as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- CDL License: Active Commercial Driver's License (Class B or Class A).
- Required Endorsements: Valid Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brake clearance (no air brake restrictions).
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with strong safety history.
- Dependability: Punctual attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to strictly adhere to split-shift timing.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
