Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and payer requirements
• Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs and facilitating collaboration
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert supporting field sales representatives and account managers
• Proactively identify and address access barriers using data and account management skills
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal J&J departments on compliance-aligned solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefit structures
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong understanding of payer policies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity with ability to anticipate healthcare ecosystem changes
• Current knowledge of product coverage, coding requirements, and market dynamics
