Responsibilities
- Process and post accounts payable invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and customer payments
- Prepare account statements and assist with reconciliations
- Support check runs (vehicle purchases, payoffs, refunds)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist Controller and accounting team with daily operations
- 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR, or accounting support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday schedule
- In-office position (New Rochelle, NY)
- $20-$29/hour (based on experience)
