Area Service Manager, Midwest Region

Overview Looking for a dynamic leader with previous experience leading a regional field service team. Under the direction of the Director of Service, this individual will be empowered to direct and manage the activities of all field engineering representatives within a service area. Provides appropriate service support to customers and internal departments of Werfen. The region managed would include Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. Responsibilities Develop plans, programs, budgets, and operating procedures for assigned service area. Provide customers with prompt and effective installation, maintenance and service support. Manage efficient scheduling and the allocation of human and capital resources. Select, hire, develop, and evaluate field service representatives within the area. Administer capital revenue and expense budgets incurred by subordinates. Establish work standards and measurements. Monitor the technical reporting system. Perform other duties as the position requires. Eight years of customer service experience, to include five years in a managerial capacity. International Mobility No Travel Requirements 75% of time Compensation The annual base salary range for this role is currently $120,000 to $150,000. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management and select professional roles are eligible for a performance‑based bonus.
