We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Panther National is a private golf and lifestyle community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, anchored by an 18-hole championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas. Since opening in 2023, the club has established itself as one of the most distinctive private club environments in the country and a home course for some of the game's top professional players. The club offers world-class golf facilities and premium dining.

We are seeking a Golf Shop Merchandiser to join our team for the 2026/27 season. This is a full-time, year-round position. We welcome candidates at varying experience levels, this role offers real mentorship and growth opportunity within one of the most ambitious clubs in the country. What matters most is a genuine commitment to service, an eye for presentation, and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.

One to Five Years High end Retail Experience

Essential Responsibilities/Job Responsibilities/Member Experience:

• Consistently provide world class individualized service to members and guests
• Be a valued team member contributing to golf and club operation success.
• Work with Staff and Tournament Chairpersons; gifts and prizes
• Develop and foster member & member's family relationships

Merchandising & Retail:

• Work closely with the Director of Golf, Head Professional and Panther Management to create the golf retail & open to buy plan for each season
• Purchase Men's & Ladies apparel and accessories within buying plan
• Prepare incoming inventory for sale (pricing, tagging, display)

Management, Administration and Mentoring:

• Work with accounting dept to be sure invoices are paid on time, discounts utilized.
• Coordinate and conduct inventories
• Educate and assist golf shop staff to enhance service, product knowledge and sales skills
• Build relationship amongst golf staff and other departments.
• Attends golf merchandising meetings and conferences to constantly enhance knowledge of trends, practices, products and to grow network.

Sales:

• Create and utilize an exceptionally welcoming and timely special-order system
• Create, promote, and conduct sales promotions and special events (trunk shows, holidays, etc.)

Skills:

• Genuine service heart
• Working knowledge of POS and Inventory software
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, publisher and power point.
• Experience with open to buy systems
• Creativity for display, communications, and promotions
• Plays an effective role in a team environment
• Ability to plan and track
• Conducts all business in an ethical manner.
