Assembler PositionFieldBridge is looking for an Assembler in Sugar Land, Texas, to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay/Schedule: $19.50/hr. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Great opportunity for OT. At 50 hours a week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,072.50/ gross.The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring components meet quality standards, including circuit board assembly and soldering.Responsibilities:Assemble components across all product lines, selecting the correct tools and fixturesTest assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issuesRead blueprints, identify components, and use hand tools and rework techniques to set tolerances on mechanical parts and assembliesPerform soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards, using a microscope for extended periods as neededCreate labor records for all transactions and apply continuous improvement principles from the Manufacturing SystemQualifications:High School Diploma or GED2-3 years of relevant assembly experienceIPC-610 certification a plusAbility to read design drawings and identify electronic componentsUnderstanding of quality standards and ability to identify solder defectsBasic computer skills; SAP experience preferredEnglish language proficiencyMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
