This role focuses on building, testing, and inspecting mechanical and electrical components for military, law enforcement, and home theater engagement training systems. The position requires using hand tools, reading engineering drawings, and working under the guidance of senior assemblers to meet daily production goals.

The duties are:
• Assemble subassemblies and system components in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and established quality standards.
• Assist with the assembly of military-designated systems, Law Enforcement (LE) systems, and Home Theatre projector systems under the guidance of senior assembly personnel.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly using hand tools and standard production equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks to verify proper assembly and identify obvious defects or discrepancies.
• Assist with system testing by following established test procedures and documenting results.
• Accurately complete production paperwork, assembly records, and other required documentation.
• Notify the Lead Systems Assembler or supervisor of assembly issues, missing components, damaged parts, or test failures.
• Perform basic rework or adjustments as directed by work instructions or supervisory personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and quality requirements.
• Follow all production procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
• Support inventory accuracy by properly handling parts, materials, and completed assemblies.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production schedules and department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
