Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, establishing a deep understanding of their unique circumstances and needs. Develop tailored, client-specific treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, integrating therapeutic approaches that align with individual goals. Facilitate therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, applying modern tools and methodologies to effectively reach clients in various settings. Regularly participate in clinical supervision meetings and engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your skills. Ensure that all clinical practices adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols, fostering a safe environment for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will focus on serving a diverse clientele, which includes individuals navigating personal issues, couples seeking improved communication and connection, and families reconstructing their relationships. You will address a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your ability to tailor therapy to meet the nuanced needs of each client is essential for their healing and growth. Qualifications A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. An active, independent license to practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon. Solid experience in therapy and comprehensive care planning, demonstrating effectiveness in client engagement and outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in a virtual therapy setting, to foster connection and trust. Familiarity with telehealth tools and practices, enabling you to leverage technology effectively in your therapeutic approach. Preferred Experience At least two years of direct experience in providing therapy services, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes. Experience working with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR). A proactive approach to professional development and staying updated on the latest trends and strategies in mental health. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
