Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist provides support to the HR Supervisor across a broad range of human resource functions. This role contributes to the planning, implementation, execution, and administration of key HR initiatives while supporting day-to-day employee needs.
The position works on moderately complex assignments requiring sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make routine recommendations. The individual operates independently on routine work and receives general guidance on new or unique assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hourly employment processes, including recruiting coordination and onboarding activities
- Assist with benefits administration and employee benefit inquiries
- Provide employee relations support, addressing routine questions and concerns
- Support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action initiatives
- Compile and analyze employee data to support reporting and workforce analytics
- Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis to support decision-making
- Deliver strong employee customer service and respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with talent acquisition processes as needed

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience
