Role Overview
Evaluate AI assistants in real time while major football matches are underway. You will use the questions a fan would naturally ask during a live match, assess the quality of each answer, and help improve AI experiences for football supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow live Premier League, UEFA Champions League, or La Liga matches and ask questions about scores, win probability, player and team statistics, rules, schedules, broadcasts, highlights, and expert-style analysis.
- Compare the same question across two AI products, either as a single exchange or a 2 to 10 turn conversation.
- Capture share links and full screenshots for every conversation.
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, factual accuracy, and presentation; select the stronger product and provide a clear written rationale.
Qualifications
- Be based in the United Kingdom and be a native English speaker, or be based in Spain and be a native Spanish speaker.
- Be an avid football fan who closely follows the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, or La Liga.
- Be comfortable using AI chat assistants and web search.
- Have strong written English or Spanish, close attention to detail, and the ability to identify factual errors. Spain-based evaluators must also be able to follow instructions in English.
- Previous AI rating or evaluation experience is helpful but not required.
Work Terms
- This is remote, per-task work for candidates located in the United Kingdom or Spain.
- Work takes place on scheduled match days in October and December. Each live-match task takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
- You must be available during the assigned live match window on match day. UK evaluators focus on Premier League matches, and Spain-based evaluators focus on La Liga matches.
First Match Day
Saturday, October 10, featuring Premier League Matchweek 6 and La Liga Matchweek 8. The live window runs from 12:30 PM to approximately 9:55 PM UK time, 1:30 PM to approximately 10:55 PM Spain time, 7:30 AM to approximately 4:55 PM ET, and 4:30 AM to approximately 1:55 PM PT.

- Arsenal vs Leeds United: 12:30 PM UK, 1:30 PM Spain, 7:30 AM ET, 4:30 AM PT, 5:00 PM IST.
- Aston Villa vs Brentford: 3:00 PM UK, 4:00 PM Spain, 10:00 AM ET, 7:00 AM PT, 7:30 PM IST.
- Chelsea vs AFC Bournemouth: 3:00 PM UK, 4:00 PM Spain, 10:00 AM ET, 7:00 AM PT, 7:30 PM IST.
- Ipswich Town vs Fulham: 3:00 PM UK, 4:00 PM Spain, 10:00 AM ET, 7:00 AM PT, 7:30 PM IST.
- Sunderland vs Brighton and Hove Albion: 3:00 PM UK, 4:00 PM Spain, 10:00 AM ET, 7:00 AM PT, 7:30 PM IST.
- Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur: 5:30 PM UK, 6:30 PM Spain, 12:30 PM ET, 9:30 AM PT, 10:00 PM IST.
- Rayo Vallecano vs Athletic Club: 1:00 PM UK, 2:00 PM Spain, 8:00 AM ET, 5:00 AM PT, 5:30 PM IST.

Compensation
105 to 140 per task.
