Job Full Description Transmission Assembler
Pay: $22-$27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Transmission Assembler with hands-on experience working on automotive transmissions . This position involves assembling CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) units after they have been cleaned, replacing components, and troubleshooting transmission-related issues.
IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST have previous hands-on experience working on transmissions. General automotive or mechanical experience alone may not be sufficient. Experience disassembling, repairing, rebuilding, or assembling transmissions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble CVT transmissions after components have been cleaned and prepared.
- Inspect transmission components for wear, damage, or defects.
- Replace worn or damaged transmission parts.
- Troubleshoot transmission assembly and operating issues.
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to complete transmission work.
- Follow detailed assembly procedures and specifications.
- Inspect completed transmissions to ensure proper assembly and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Previous hands-on experience working on automotive transmissions is REQUIRED.
- Experience with transmission disassembly, rebuilding, repair, or assembly.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify worn or defective components.
- Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform hands-on mechanical work throughout the workday.
