Field Service TechnicianHiFyve is hiring a Field Service Technician in the heavy equipment industry!Salary: $35-$43/hrShift: Full-Time, Day Shift (service truck and field-based role)Location: Plant City, FLJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain heavy equipment and components, including diagnostics, repair planning, and quality assurance testing.Identify and order necessary parts, materials, and tooling through the company's system.Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.Complete detailed service reports, work orders, and documentation in a timely manner.Safely operate and maintain company service truck, tools, and fuel cards.Maintain work area and/or service vehicle in a clean and safe condition.Communicate repair progress with supervisors and follow all safety and company policies.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GEDAssociate Degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology, or 4 years of apprenticeship experienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skillsProficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to work independently in the field and handle varied repair tasksStrong communication and organizational skillsCommitment to working safely in challenging environmentsIf you are interested, please apply!
