Duties/Responsibilities Must be able to read airline specifications Pack and assemble food with specifications using diagrams Job Skills or Qualifications Must be able to work flexible hours Must be available to work any shift scheduled Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. throughout the shift Ability to follow HACCP regulations Must be able to fill out appropriate paperwork Must be able to work in refrigerated areas The customer service associate is responsible to plating all food to the exact specifications given by the airlines. Must be able to set up trays and minimal cutting of food. Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States Pass a background check and clear a drug screen Be able to stand for the FULL duration of the shift Be available to work in a 38-degree cold room, only when necessary Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world! Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English Possess basic math skills MUST be able to work a Flexible schedule; This is a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week Additional eligibility requirements and details This is a Union Position - must be willing to pay union dues after 14 days Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays as needed Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently.
