Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Cincinnati North, OH

Field-based specialty representative position focused on psychiatry pharmaceutical sales in the Cincinnati North area. The role involves executing brand strategy, managing assigned territory, building customer relationships, and driving sales performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and sales tactics in assigned territory to meet financial and KPI targets
- Develop and implement call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to optimize coverage and sales opportunities
- Build trusted customer relationships by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and expectations
- Develop disease state experts and speaker/advocate networks to enhance brand performance with healthcare providers
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, territory dynamics, and customer landscape with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or five years industry experience with three in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Proven sales performance track record with strong presentation and business acumen skills
- Healthcare Industry Representative credentialing eligibility including background checks and immunization requirements
- Ability to identify customer needs, adapt selling approach, and operate in matrix environment
- Preferred: Commercial pharmaceutical sales experience in physician/account-based selling or managed healthcare
