Key Personnel is seeking a Maintenance & Fleet Technician in Tulsa, OK

Job Title: Maintenance & Fleet Technician (CDL Required)
Location:  Tulsa, OK
Hours : Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (hours may vary)
Pay Range : $20-$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

Must have a valid CDL to be considered.
Earn up to $3,000 in tenure bonuses paid at 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years!

Maintenance & Fleet Technician Job Summary

The Maintenance & Fleet Technician is responsible for maintaining the organization's facilities and fleet vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and recordkeeping for both building systems and company vehicles.

Maintenance & Fleet Technician Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain the facility work order system.
• Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Repair or replace damaged ceiling tiles and light fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs including sinks, toilets, and drains.
• Perform routine roof inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Identify and communicate facility deficiencies requiring repair.

Fleet Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles.
• Track daily vehicle repairs and maintenance status.
• Maintain accurate records for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles, trailers, and lighting systems to ensure safe operation.
• Recommend vehicle repair or replacement when appropriate.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services.
• Review and approve maintenance and parts invoices for processing.
• Evaluate cost-effective repair options using internal or outside vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors.

Maintenance & Fleet Technician Qualifications

Required:

• CDL class B with airbrake endorsement. (Required)
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance and fleet repair experience.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• Experience maintaining commercial fleet vehicles.
• Preventative maintenance experience.
• General HVAC or additional trade experience is a plus.

Maintenance & Fleet Technician Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and company vehicles.
