2Grand, 5701 N. Shartel, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, USA Full time position- This position is ONSITE. Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations. Very outgoing, assertive and confident plus maintain an enthusiastic personality. Individuals are required to work 12pm to 9pm shift, and rotating weekends Saturday & Sunday $5.00/hourly/shift differential pay is available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
