Manage leasing inquiries via in‑person, phone, and online channels, ensuring prompt responses and follow‑ups. Assist applicants with the leasing application process, including paperwork, background checks, and income verification. Negotiate lease terms and renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of local rental markets and competitor properties to effectively position our offerings. Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes, ensuring a seamless transition for residents. Collaborate with the property management team to maintain accurate records of leases, resident interactions, and inventory availability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns and requests in a timely manner. Support marketing efforts, including creating informative and engaging property listings and participating in community events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or real estate preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing/property management software.
