Occupational Therapist

Role Overview: Provides occupational therapy services across all age groups by designing and implementing tailored treatment programs based on established practices. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities Supervise positions such as Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers. Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans. Assist with patient care activities and support physical activities. Participate in team meetings to coordinate treatment strategies. Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds. Sufficient mobility, stamina, and strength for frequent location and position changes, and assisting patients. Capability to handle emergency situations and wear protective equipment when necessary. Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases and chemicals. Physical & Visual/Hearing Requirements Must have corrected vision and hearing capabilities. Engage in activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting, often frequently or continuously.
